you should have your clothes dryer and the entire duct cleaned atleast once a year to prevent a dryer fire. dryer fires are real and do happen. every year across america over 15,000 houses burn down from a fire that started in the clothes dryer. people think the stove is the number one cause and that isn't true. do a google search on dryer fires and see for yourself. the clothes dryer is the last thing you would think could burn down your house but it can. if your clothes take longer than 30 minutes or more than one cycle to dry, your dryer and the vent needs to be cleaned. i have been in the clothes dryer vent cleaning business since 2005. my personal blog covers dryer fires and how to prevent them.

having your dryer and the vent cleaned

when i clean a clothes dryer and the vent i clean the entire system. i remove the dryer and clean the entire vent. next i clean the spot where the dryer goes and get rid of all the lint. last we clean the entire dryer and reassemble everything and make sure it's working correctly

Welcome. simple article yet to the point, not bad. Just be mindful of writing articles that are informative and try to minimize self serving pieces.
